We are looking for a technical and meticulous profile to ensure excellence in the company’s revenue cycle. The main objective is to guarantee that invoicing is accurate, timely, and strictly compliant with the documentary requirements of our clients (large pharmaceutical companies), resolving any technical or administrative issues to avoid delays in cash flow.
Key responsibilities:
Issuing regular invoices, ensuring maximum accuracy in the data and compliance with established schedules.
Resolution of incidents and traceability.
Ensuring that all supporting documentation (validations, deliverables, approvals) is aligned with the documentary and validation processes of clients within the pharmaceutical industry.
Maintaining daily and professional contact with clients’ procurement and finance departments in order to manage the traceability of files.
Recording received payments and providing general support to the administration department.
Monitoring outstanding debt and preparing periodic reporting on its status, acting proactively in case of potential delays.
Implementing continuous improvements in document management to streamline approval and collection timelines.
Buscamos un perfil técnico y meticuloso para asegurar la excelencia en el ciclo de ingresos de la compañía. El objetivo principal es garantizar que la facturación sea precisa, puntual y cumpla estrictamente con los requisitos documentales de nuestros clientes (grandes farmacéuticas), resolviendo cualquier incidencia técnica o administrativa para evitar retrasos en el flujo de caja.

Requirements
Higher Vocational Education (Administration & Finance) or demonstrable equivalent experience in complex financial management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and cross-checking.
Solid experience working with high-capacity ERP environments (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or similar).
A B2 level of English is essential, with both oral and written communication with international clients.
Extremely organized individual, capable of managing high volumes of documentation with precision.
Strong planning skills and the ability to maintain efficiency in demanding and high-pressure environments.
Customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills.
